Serious side effects are rare but include priapism (an erection lasting longer than 4 hours) life threatening drop in blood pressure, sudden vision loss, or allergic reaction. If you experience any severe side effects, please seek medical care in-person IMMEDIATELY.
Keep in mind that not everyone experiences side effects. Lowest effective dose is always suggested to decrease risk of side effects. Our team will guide you on decreasing risk of any potential effects during your journey.
Sildenafil should be taken 1 hour (60 min) prior to sex on an EMPTY STOMACH or 1 HOUR AFTER FOOD.
Tadalafil can be taken daily or as needed. If taking as needed, it should be taken 2 hours prior to sex with or without food.
We do not bill insurance. However, we are able to send to the pharmacy of choice if your insurance covers. We also partner with compounding pharmacies and can recommend cheaper pharmacy options. Our basic monthly subscription for prescribing and management to commercial pharmacies is currently $50/month. Compounding pharmacy pricing will vary based on your specific needs and quantity of medication selected.

ED medications are generally safe for most men. Certain medical conditions and symptoms can increase risk of adverse reactions and we ask that if you suffer from any heart condition, that you check with your cardiologist prior to starting ED medication. These include conditions such as heart failure (CHF), heart attack (MI), irregular heart beat/rhythm, pulmonary hypertension, stroke (CVA), chronic kidney or liver disease, Peyronie’s disease or deformed penis shape, high or low blood pressure, stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, severe vision loss, retinitis pigmentosa, blood disorders such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia, or a history of priapism (erection lasting longer than 4 hours).
Common drug interactions include nitrates, alpha blockers, HIV protease inhibitors, guanylate cyclase stimulators, and certain antibiotics and antifungals.
Disclaimer: Tadalafil should NOT be taken with grapefruit juice as this interaction can lead to increased effects of tadalafil to dangerous levels. It is recommend to not eat/drink grapefruit juice 72 hours prior to taking tadalafil.
